GLUTEN FREE BY GEGE SORGHUM PITA BREAD

This bread is made by a mother-daughter duo who both suffer from celiac disease. Celiac disease is a chronic digestive and immune disorder that damages the small intenstine. It’s triggered by the consumption of gluten. Thus, this duo were adamant to make gluten free food wihout compromising the taste.
Sorghum is a cereal grain that’s been around for centuries, it’s small, round and usually white.
It belongs to the grass family, it’s naturally gluten free and it’s rich in natural nutrients like vitamins B1, B6, copper, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, selenium and zinc.
