Plump whole oat grains are steam stabilised then rolled to produce delicious creamy oats that retain a lovely chewy texture when cooked.

100% Organic Stabilised Oats

Directions: 1-Scoop 1 cup of Rolled Oats into saucepan, add 2 and 1/2 cups of milk and stir. 2-Bring to a gentle simmer, stirring occasionally as oats thicken.Cook until desired texture.(Makes 2-3 serves) Cooking time takes approx. 5 minutes.A dash of fresh milk added after cooking will improve consistency if porridge is too thick. Tip: Add fresh fruits, nuts or seeds for nutritious start to your day. Allergens; Contains gluten
