MASA MADRE GUAYAOUIL GRANOLA WITH CACAO NIBS

The main blend/recipe came from a family member living in cartagena, colombia. Soon after, the ecuadorian branch of Masa madre’s family adopted it and played around with the recipe adding every dried fruit the country has to offer.
A little bit of earthy and grassy cacao takes it to a whole new level (almost tastes like lemongrass).

Ingredients:
Old fashioned oats, coconut, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, almonds, walnuts, oak honey, coconut oil, molasses, maple syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, cacao nibs.
